This stunning plantation of Western hemlock was part harvested in conjunction with UK Power Networks, being adjacent to high voltage powerlines. Multiple roundwood products are being brought to market on this well managed Estate in the Surrey Hills. This harvesting programme involved a diverse range of sites and three gangs working in cooperation managed by Andrew Wright. We managed to profitably extract and market the lop and top (brash/biomass) from the main clearfell sites.
